Pick ‘n Pay Soneike humiliation towards customer

Pick ‘n Pay Soneike, Western Cape. 11 April 2022 at 19:50 we as a family went to the store for bread and batteries. My husband went and returned with rechargeable batteries and the shelf showed a price of R199. When the cashier swiped the batteries the price was R249. My husband went back to the shelf to find the R199 batteries in the unorganized mess and decided to take regular batteries instead. When the cashier requested to have the transaction void a lady with gold braided hair came and when my husband’s complained with her about the shelf being a mess she started laughing at him. Then another supervisor came and when we complained with her about the woman’s attitude and humiliating manner the braided woman whisperer something in this supervisor’s ear and continued laughing. The following day we want and spoke to a Leonard who then took our till slip with the excuse of dealing with the woman, now we feel he took the slip that is the proof of our ordeal, till today he has not dealt with the issue and his latest answer, the matter has been dealt with and we weren’t given the proof of the resolution. He also “lost” the till slip and refuses to supply us with a general manager’s contact details who we hope will deal with our ordeal in the correct manner.
