Pick n Pay sold me a used vacuum cleaner

Pick n Pay ASAP had the Hoover Vacuum Cleaner on sale. I purchased one. However when it was delivered, I noticed the box looked suspicious as it had been faded, broken and put together with sellotape. I opened it and discovered that Pick n Pay had delivered a used Hoover Vacuum cleaner. It was clearly used as there was dust in the pipes, scratchers, bumps and skid marks on the Vacuum. I cannot for understand why this was done. I am so inconvenienced by this as getting them to collect is turning out to become burdensome.
