Pick n Pay Smartshopper is dismal

Hi Pick n Pay. Your Smartshopper card system is unfortunately dismal. I had changed my cellphone number and to re-register is a mission. I have reduced my shopping at Pick n pay because you advertise specials that are qualified only by the smartshopper card. Your staff also seem extremely lost about how to solve this. After spending 30 mins waiting for the manager to sort on your so-called helpline from Cedar Square Pick n pay I just walked out. Additionally your staff and I waited 30 minutes on the call which was never answered. I eventually left.

This is a great example of why your competitors have overtaken you over the years. Retailers such as Spar, Checkers and Woolworths have unfortunately leaped light years ahead of you.
