PICK N PAY SMARTSHOPPER IS A ****

I contacted pick n pay customer care to update my new details on my smart shopper card and to register a new card as I lost my old card, then I was advised that all of my information has been updated and my points will be transferred on my new smartshopper card . To my surprise when I visited pick n pay I was told there were no points transferred so pick n pay is a **** , people or customers must watch out if they loose their cards no points will be transferred it is guaranteed they will just promise you lies. This is a **** be aware guys.
