Pick n Pay Smartshopper Customer experience nightmare

I have had a really pathetic experience with Pick n Pay Smart shopper. After roughly 3 one hour conversations on the phone my issue has still not been resolved and my points have still not been refunded. This despite the problem/faults being on the Pick n Pay side. Trying to redeem these points for bus tickets have been a nightmare. Rethink your relationship with them. They do not care about their customers.
