Pick n Pay - SmartShopper Bad Service

Kindly note that cash off vouchers are for single units only unless stated otherwise.
Our Smart Shopper team will have the R3.60 loaded onto your Smart Shopper card in points as a gesture of goodwill.
In future please remember to check your vouchers before printing them as they do indicate if they are valid for either single or multiple units.

Quite frankly you are missing the point, the voucher clearly states, R1.80 off Beacon Slabs, must we be physic to see it is for one slab only, you need to change the wording on the vouchers to make it clear.
Also why have you ignored my emails and submission of till slips etc over a period of two weeks, this sort of service is not what we expect from your company and we ould appreciate the reasons for the ignoring of my emails etc
