Pick n pay smart shopper problem card

I've complaint to Pick n Pay,about the fact that I can't get a new card ,it's been more than 6 months that they can't assist ,just because my cell number differs from my 1 st card that was ****** ,with my wallet,their system does not allow it ,I've been to different stores to talk to different staff ,asked via email ,social groups ,but it's Asif they don't care ,what's anyway up us Pick n pay shutting down or not because to have a smart shopper deals but no cards fur customers nor assist in getting a new card ,daily customers loose out because if this ,and pick n pay scores.
