Pick n pay smart shopper points go missing
I have submitted a request on their website to contact me still no response. My smart shopper points have dissapeared. All of it! I started with a zero balance which is impossible. Not notification or communication that they will TAKE my point value over R1000. I want my points back asap! I dont shop there and swipe that rewards card for you to ***** my money.
