Pick n Pay Smart Shopper points decrease even if it was never redeemed before
Every time i purchase at Pick N Pay and use my Smart Shopper card, my smart shopper value is lesser than the previous purchase
Send mails as am registered on-line no feedback.
Cause then what is the point of having a smart shopper if its not beneficial to me

Please note Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. The best way not to lose your PnP rewards is to make sure you spend them from time to time. We always use your oldest points first so use your points to save even more on every day shopping or treat yourself to something special.
You can switch points on the app or via the kiosk. Switched rand value is valid for 3 years. We have escalated for your points(7146) to be re-instated and we have opted you in to receive communication when your points are about to expire.
We appreciate your feedback and value you as a loyal Pick n Pay customer and are committed to improve continually on our service levels.
