Pick 'n Pay Smart Shopper Points
On the 14th of December 2017 I checked my points and I had R993 worth of points. When I checked on 7 January 2018 I only had R87 worth. I don't understand what had happened? I had mailed on the 7 January but have not received any responses. I've recently been retrenched, so I was relying on that money to cushion my grocery expenses for a while. I had been accumulating those points for years for it to just be taken away from me like this.

Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. Only points older than 12 months will expire and not all of your points, and points older than 12 months will continue to expire on a rolling month basis. The best way not to lose your PnP rewards is to make sure you spend them from time to time. We always use your oldest points first so use your points to save even more on every day shopping or treat yourself to something special. You can switch points on the app or via the kiosk.
