Pick n Pay Smart Shopper issue

I lost my pick n pay smart shopper card earlier this year, the card was linked to my Discovery Vitality. I called Pick n Pay a couple of time to have them link my ID number to my new card(***), so i could link my Discovery profile to the card. Till this day i am unable to link my profile to Discovery. All that was asked was that my ID is linked to new card so Discovery could pick it up on their side. The consultant indicated that i had a store account linked to my old account, but that account was paid off and closed and that should not be an issue. All i want is this issue to be sorted cause i have been calling since Feb 2023
