Pick n pay smart shopper

Why on earth would Pick n Pay smart shopper give you a voucher to spend R50.00 min and get R50.00 of but then word it in such a way that that is says "R50 off your next shop Online....

What on earth is R50.00 off if I am spending R60.00 for shipping, its completely insane. I would rather shop at a store then. Well, even better I will stop and SPAR and save R20.00.

Pick 'n Pay why the hell give me more than on voucher redeemable by 25 August 2021 on a single Smart shopper card but only allow me to redeem one. Spend 50 redeem 50 spend e50 and redeem 50 again. It stupid fix your system if you want to implement a rewards program. if you want to say something on you voucher, say it straight don't hide behind words to manipulate your clients. if you want to explain something, explain it plain and simple. Don't play with words and punctuation... or get someone to write on you POS system that understands grammar...

PS. would you like to see the voucher you issue for use by on a single day but then not honour them
