Pick 'n Pay Smart Shopper Credit Card - Terrible Shopping Experience!

Shopping at Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket. When I try and pay with my Pick 'n Pay Smart Shopper credit card, the system is off-line. Firstly the supervisor just leaves us at the till and someone else had to call the manager. I am then told that I have to leave my shopping ( it took 2 hours). There is no plan B, they can't even phone for manual confirmation of my credit, they ask me if my payments are up to date (which it is) , they can't even check that - they don't even take down my details to follow up or give feedback. I am furious, no customer service of any kind! I am definately going to close my smart shopper credit card. Might as well get a credit card from a trusted credit provider and then shop at another institution where they care about people.
