PICK N PAY - SMART SHOPPER CREDIT CARD - SHOCKING SERVICE.

It seems that I continually have problems with Pick n Pay Smart shopper credit card. The number ***00 5260. Today I went to Pick N Pay Super Market Knysna Road, George. We spent more than R500 and paid with our Smart Shopper Credit card only for the transaction to be declined. No reason given. I have more than enough credit and I settle my account in full every month. This is the second time this has happened and then to contact the Customer Card Line [what a joke!!] is a trial. The first time this happened a few months ago, the manager contacted the Customer Card line and was shunted from one consultant to another - after about an hour, the transaction went through, no apology, no explanation. This has now just happened again - 28th September at 4.45 pm. Imagine the embarrassment and the inconvenience as I had to pay with another credit card. I am disgusted. If this is not resolved with explanation and apology, I will destroy my card [I know other customers who have stopped buying from Pick n Pay. Now this terrible service was preceded by a double charging of purchases, this happened the first time my card was declined. Here is the email I sent, to which no response has been received. DID YOU NOTICE THAT YOU DEBITED ME TWICE ON 13 AUGUST FOR THE SAME PURCHASE - R976.70. AND DO YOU KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENED? WHEN MY CARD WAS SWIPED, IT WAS REJECTED. SO I SPOKE TO DONALD THE STORE MANAGER AT GEORGE MALL PICK N PAY AND HE CONTACTED YOU TO ASCERTAIN WHY MY CARD WAS REJECTED. THE RESPONSE HE RECEIVED WAS GARBLED - IT TOOK 3 CONSULTANTS AND MORE FROM PAY POINT TO PAY POINT TO HAVE MY CARD ACCEPTED AND NOW TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY YOU DEBIT ME TWICE. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?

NOW PLEASE TAKE NOTE, I AM NOT PAYING TWICE FOR MY PURCHASES AND SO THIS AMOUNT WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM MY PAYMENT AND WATCH OUT IF YOU NOW BEGIN CHARGING ME INTEREST FOR THIS MISTAKE YOU MADE - I WILL HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO CONTACT HELLO PETER AGAIN AND TO POST THIS ON FACE BOOK.

IT SEEMS TO ME THAT RCS PICK N PAY, WHO ADMINISTER THE SMART SHOPPER CREDIT CARD MUST HAVE VERY STUPID PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM.
