Pick n Pay smart shopper card
I purchased groceries on the 18th of July 2025. On my till slip, below "SMART SHOPPER" it showed an incorrect name. "Hi, Paul" which is definitely NOT me. The 'rands to spend' was also incorrect. It showed R0.80 as per my till slip. The last 'rands to spend' amount was way more than R0.80 prior to 18 July 2025. I reported the issue with Pick n Pay by email on the 18th of July 2025, and again telephonically the next day. The Pick n Pay agent who took the call advised me that I will be contacted by Pick n Pay within 3 working days so that the issue can be resolved. I have sent follow up emails but still haven't received any feedback from Pick n Pay!!

I responded on the same day but they have not yet advised how my name on my smart shopper profile changed to someone else name on my Pick n Pay profile. And also, how my "Rands to spend" amount reduced without me using my rewards. Still waiting on feedback from Pick n Pay.
