Pick n pay showed me they don't care for mylife

I made an order at pick n pay was supposed to deliver at 17:30 yesterday they didn't deliver I phoned their call centre no help sent their help line a massage no help I explained to them I'm on chronic medication my condition the doctors have done all they can I have been given days and medication to ease the pain and help me walk and function. I asked them not to refund me till this morning I told them i need food to be delivered don't cancel the order from yesterday I told them I don't have money to order food as they say the refund will take 5 to 7 days. So I won't eat or take my meds for all those days what if my body gives in and I don't make it to see tomorrow as the stage I'm in the doctors call it advanced nothing can be done. Still they don't care their responses show no remorse I'm just a number to them not a human fighting to see another day even on twitter I didn't get any response thank you pick n pay for showing me my life doesn't matter to you I even shared with you my bank statement so you can see I don't have money to order again so I can take my medication.
