Pick n Pay should stop selling Pure Pleasure electric blankets...poor quality. *******s

In May 2018 I bought myself a Pure Pleasure electric blanket, used it during winter. It worked perfectly well, it's an all nighter. In 2019 June when I wanted to use it, it was dead. I quickly ran to Pick n Pay Ngebs Plaza in Mthatha to buy one, I got it...the manager there was of good assistance. This year in May, when winter started, I put my electric blanket on, it was dead. I called the store to report this and they wanted proof of purchase of which I didn't have but because I used my card I told them I can go through my in-contacts that they may do a reprint...I was not assisted. Now my question is with Pure Pleasure that they manufacture their electric blankets to cover only for a year? This was my second experience, which means they know for a fact that year in year out you will come back for an electric blanket? I need answers and either my money or an electric blankets and stop ripping us off our hard earned cash ungodly.
