Pick n Pay should PICK better employees!!!

Very disappointing!!!!!!! I have been shopping online with pick n pay for over 10 years now. I have had a few things go wrong, but never like this last order. Firstly, the order was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 27 Nov 2018, between 14:00 and 15:00. I called this morning, which took a whole morning, at one stage, i waited 30 minutes to get answered. They informed me that the delivery person was here but he said that nobody was here, so he left. Well, eventually, they said that he would deliver today, and that he would be here by 11, they told me this at 10:45. The delivery person arrived here at 12:45. I greeted him and asked him if it was him that came here yesterday. He said yes, that he was here, but no one was here, so he left. I asked him what time was he here, he said 17:05. (well that would make sense as this is a business and we close at 17:00 - GREAT COVER UP DELIVERY PERSON!!!!!!) He then proceeded to get everything out the bins, demanded me to sign the invoice, I told him that i needed to check the order first, he told me to check and sign because he needed to go!!!!!!!!! I signed the invoice and asked him about the "Christmas bonus Stickers" which they usually staple onto the invoice, and he said that I should call pick n pay and ask them!!! What a ********** attitude that I have had to put up with!! Not great at all! Very sad!! I think I shall order from someone else in future!!!
