Pick n Pay should change its name to we never have stock!

Once again, I am disgusted in the service received from Fairy Glen Pick n Pay Hypermarket, specifically their Liquor Store. I have complained several times previously that they do not have stock of common brands, please see my previous complaint on 08/04/2018. Today, 03/09/2018 I requested 4 cases of 24 x 330ml bottles of Windhoek Lager. I was told there is no stock of the 24 packs but there are 12 packs. The sales assistant found 4 x 6 packs, the only 6 packs available. To my horror, even after speaking to the Store Manager, no explanation could be given for the lack of stock, neither would he give me two 12 packs at the 24 case price which is R30 cheaper! To make matters worse the cashier rang up four individual 6 packs and not one 24 case which works out R18 more expensive!
