Pick n Pay shoes are bad

I bought casual shoes at Pick n pay clothing in Kolonade on the 8th of June. I wore them to work on the 10th and then again on the 13th. When I wore them again on the 17th I noticed when I got home that the soles were open. In fact even after wearing them on the 1st day I noticed how big the shoes looked. It felt like I bought size 7 instead of size 6. The workmanship on the shoes is so bad, the inner sole lifted after the 1st wear. I sent an inbox on X (formerly known as Twitter) expressing my disappointment. I included pictures of the shoe, hoping they would understand my frustration. I asked if I could get my money back on the shoe, as I had thrown away my receipt, but I have proof of the transaction from my banking app. I did not get a response.
