Pick 'n Pay shocking service delivery

One week later and I am still waiting for my online order. Hours of holding on for call center agents, Pick 'n Pay have taken my money and still nothing delivered. I really will have no option but to hand them over and go to Carte Blanch if this is not sorted.......
