PICK N PAY SHOCKING SERVICE
Ordered groceries via the APP. 5 Hours later and I am still awaiting delivery. Its a useless APP and their Customer Service is terrible. The Customer Service cannot call you back with feedback, so you hold on until ......... They not allowed to make outgoing calls. I made 4 calls, verified my details on each call, waited while customer service tried to call the store. And each time was a different excuse. Absolutely shocking service. Will never use this APP ever again. Most useless Customer Care, no service from the store. PICK N PAY HILLCREST BOULEVARD, PRETORIA

An attempt was made to deliver this morning at 08.30, 12 March. The driver called from the gate of the complex. I asked that he leave the groceries with Security. I went to the gate a few minutes later and your driver drove off with the delivery. I still don't have my delivery from Pick n Pay. It will soon be 24 hours without a delivery. I have asked to be refunded in full immediately. I am not prepared to wait 10 days for my refund.
