Pick n Pay Shelf Price Errors Are Never In My Favour

Incorrect shelf pricing has become the norm at Pick n Pay, over an extended period of time and within several branches from my own experience. If you are extremely alert and you manage to pick it up, they will refund you but with an attitude that really sucks. Today I bought Nescafe coffee at Pick n Pay Stellenbosch where the shelf price was R82. When I got home and iIchecked the till slip, the till charged R89. Yes I can go back to Pick n Pay and cause a scene and I will be refunded the difference, but the time, travel costs and inconvenience is for my account. So we as the public just accept it and say "... next time". Guess what, next time it is "de ja vu". And finally, when I say that Pick n Pay must be aware of it that they are consciously mis-pricing their items, here is my proof: Not once has there ever been an error in my favour. The error is always in the favour of Pick n Pay. And we the public allow them to get away with it. Time for the Consumer Protector to be approached. Enough is enough.
