Published a review about 2 months ago regarding their refusal to exchange goods purchased online. Not there policy. Was told to go to an online store. Did that. Same response and abusive towards me....3stores... Parklands, Bayside, Circle East. No explanation besides it's not policy. Staff insolent and downright rude. Stuff you PnP. Your culture cascades down....any good senior management in the hierarchy? Obviously not customer centric. You suck big time. Checkers are biting at your heels. Be careful.
