Pick n Pay selling FONG KONG Smart Watch's to KIDS without RETURNS

My son had seen a smart watch at Pick n pay Cresta (R299 - SmartFit Grey). He decided that he would purchase this with the money he saved, after testing this device at home. It does not work as advertised on the product. We returned to the store at 13.46, the same day to have it refunded. The store manager (Sitlendiso) insists that we didn't install this correctly and refuses to refund the product as nothing is wrong with is. He points to the returns policy of which he can not understand properly. He insists that he will get an agent to assist with setup.

This is really pathetic. As consumers we have the right to return goods if we are not satisfied with it. I can assure you Pick n Pay, that at the age of 11yr old, my son will never shop at your store again because you obviously make your money from conning children.
