Pick 'n Pay Secunda
Can't believe I have to give them a star as they don't deserve anything I bought an electricity token in October 2022 of which it's not working I've been struggling to get this fixed or to get my money back but they refuse to refund me they say it's not their problem. The owner is a rude old guy and has no idea how to treat a customer. They only put up a notice on 1 November that they can't sell electricity at the moment. I've been trying to get this token fixed or to get my money back but they just refuse to help me so in actual fact they stole my money and they don't care at all.
