Pick n Pay scratch and win a ****!

Pick n Pay is honestly a ****. I won 20 000 smart shopper points on that scratch and win promo that they had. Almost a month later, still no points loaded for people who said it takes 3-5 business days. Such terrible service that I experienced at the Enquiries for the multiple times that I went to follow up. No one can actually tell me when they would be available but they just keep on telling me to check the slip or view the balance at the machine. Irony of the situation is them expecting me to still go buy at the store
