Pick n Pay **** Gift Card

In June I bought a Gift Card at Picknpay for R1500 and then in August topped it up with other R300, I only opened up the card in today on the 24th if December, and it showed that I only had R200.

How is this possible?

I have the serial number of the card, I need an explanation
