Pick n pay say a customer is important *%$%$
On 15 December I asked for R100 airtime for MTN as I was going on a trip with my wife. I was asked if 2 R50 vouchers would be alright. This was fine as with the R100. I was going to load it on my phone and then transfer to my wife. After loading them on the 21 December I found them to be SMS vouchers not airtime. I immediately contacted MTN but was told that I must contact the vendor that supp**** then as they could do nothing. I wrote an email to ********** I received an acknowledgment email back from ININservice.co.za. On 5 January having heard nothing more and being back I went to see the pick n pay branch. I was referred to a very arrogant manager who stated there was nothing they could do as it was my fault that i had not read the till slip correctly before loading the vouchers. After more emails and visits the problem has not been resolved. I have stopped visiting Pick n Pay as they cannot be trusted to supply the customer with what is aked for.
