Pick n pay Sanctury Somerset West wat a **** hole

I went to Pick n Pay Sanctury in Somerset West today as it was convenient but also i know that the management of this store and overall sense of customer service has been proven to be non existent. I tried to exchange a pack of no.2 Nappies for a pack of no.3 same brand and same price. That an idiot manager tells me it not a straight swop. No wonder Pick n Pay stores are looking worse and worse because they loose clients due to poor management and no customer service. I will now rather spend a bit more money at checkers hyper but i can be rest assured that service is top notch. Feel so sorry to see Raymond Ackermans legacy go down the toilet.
