Pick n Pay San Ridge is cheating customers

Month end shopping at Pnp San Ridge. Got to the counter where my total didn't look right. Informed the cashier that certain items are on special offer. She rep**** yes, but their systems are offline so they will not be discounted. I confirmed regular prices on those items. Had to call her supervisor to cancel the items I did not want as I was only purchasing because of special offer. I was actually nice to them because I just wanted to get my stuff done and leave but they appeared ****ed off. As it is month end, there are so many people who are of the impression that they are buying items on special offer, whereas they actually will be/have paid the normal price. Most people don't check their receipts. The cashiers should at least mention this to customers. We shouldn't have to second guess and ask, especially when there are special offers advertised all over the store, and then have to deal with unnecessary attitude from staff. Very disappointing PnP San Ridge. I've been a customer for almost 10 years at your branch.
