PICK N PAY SAM NTULI MALL

I was at pick n pay sam ntuli mall on saturday 25 March 2024 spent R1100 on groceries, great service from a lady running the tills I forgot her name but she was excellent and for such a good experience to be shunned by a cashier named Suzan Mthembu.

Suzan literally said to me "ngiyamnyela" in not so many words I am ****ting on her, we had requested for cash back with my sisters when Suzan said she doesnt have cash back then I said I will wait for her to accumulate the cash she said I shouldnt wait at the till because I am putting her under pressure I then opted to pay for my items with the cash I had and to my surprise the entitlement she had to say: "Why are you asking for cash, when you have cash" she the refused to give me the cash back and I told her she will give it to me whether she likes it or not and she said translated into english "I am ****ting on her".

I have proof of purchase for both my purchases and with the money we spend in this hard economy we shouldnt be dealing with immorale, unempathetic and rude staff.

I spoke to Busi, whos the store manager and she promised to deal with the matter but no communication has since come back to me
