Pick n Pay 's lousy communication

I wrote to Pick n Pay, received a number of automated responses saying that they would contact me about the problem but no-one ever did. I tried calling the call centre but was shunted from pillar to post without discussing the problem with anyone. It's been more than six months now and still no-one has contacted me to address the issues that I raised with them. And they had the cheek to send me an email recently asking me to rate their service!!!
