PICK N PAY ****S!!!

How the heck do you make an executive decision to have a Friday Hamburger Special (limited to 3/week) for R50 each when using a FNB card, and then backtrack on it. Now it's been limited to one per week for R50 and unlimited for R100 each. Who is the ***** that decided that it's a good promotion to attract customers and then have the it overturned? They even used to advertise it on TV and now I noticed that it's been removed. I am fuming by their incompetence and utter lack of business management by not sticking to their promises. It's no wonder then that they are bankrupt and this issue will cause them to loose many more customers, me being one of them. Going forward I'll be doing my monthly grocery shopping at Shoprite/Checkers from now on and pay using my Standard bank card.

It seems that Pick n Pay does not understand the issue at hand. I have NEVER exceeded 3 combo deals per shop and I don't understand how this is even possible. Before we were allowed to purchase 3 combo meals per shop for R50 each when paying with an FNB card. NOW this has been CHANGED. The customer is now limited to only one combo per week for R50 with an FNB card and unlimited combo meals for R100 per shop with smart shopper card. They have changed the t&C's to suite themselves because they realised that they were "losing" money and they could not provide enough stock to fulfill their obligations with the promotion.
