Pick n Pay ruined our Christmas

We went to Pick n Pay Bedfordview and they had no turkeys left so I ordered online on the ASAP app. The driver who has been to my house before ‘got lost’ and after many calls and us standing in the steer for an hour looking for him he stopped taking our calls and returned to the store. I emailed them and called them many times and they made my order ‘delivered’ when it was NOT. They then said it would be delivered the following day and after more calls and emails I was sent an email saying the turkey defrosted… really … we all know how long that takes right… and now they no longer have a turkey for our family. My elderly parents will have to go without it for the first time ever! Pick n pay has ruined our Christmas. As an employee of a company which has an affiliation with Pick n pay and I shall address this with my company too
