Pick n Pay Ruined my birthday for nor delivery my groceries

28 September I ordered groceries online from Pick n Pay ASAP at 9:26am the money was taken off my account. But the order never went trough. Tried to contact Pick n Pay via the support, phoned , emailed and WhatsApp no response until now. At 20:34pm I received an email from Amanda Papu saying my order was cancelled due to unsuccessful delivery attempt and that I will only be refunded R850.99 instead of R935.65. The next I received still no refund, but Pick n Pay was quick to ask I must rate there service response. Still no refund as yet. Thanks Pick n Pay you ruined my birthday on the 28 September no delivery my groceries. Will not support Pick n Pay again. I had to order from Checkers 60/60 cost me extra money and the service was 💯.
