Pick n pay Rosemead

I placed a order just after 1 on the pick a pay asap app order was suppose to arrive at 4 now the order time changes to 7pm can a order with 3 items really take and entire day this is the second time using the app and both times pick n pay rosemead messaed up and they not picking up there fones...
