Pick 'n Pay Rosebank Mall bad service

Pick 'n Pay Rosebank staff are so rude and lack good customer service skills. I am pregnant and far along in my pregnancy I was made to stand in a long que even after I asked if they let pregnant woman que the teller I rudely told yes I even spoke to the manager he couldn't be less bothered. this happened on Sunday 16 May 2021
