Pick n Pay Rosebank mall

I usually got to this pick n pay on a daily, however the attitude of the one cashier when I was there to buy food and asked for a withdrawal.

Two gentlemen before me made cash deposits , when it was my turn i go ahead and pass my groceries and ask for a cash back of R200 as I was paying with my bank card.

She tells me she does not have any money, she tells me I should go to another till and join the queue for cash that I want. I tell her that she has money as the guys before me deposited cash. She was so rude and condescending in such a way that when the person after me asked for money they were given.

The black on black service at that place is appalling!!! It's disgusting!!! I wonder who trained her!

Customer service may be what they missed!
