Pick n pay robbing port Elizabeth clients

I have been ****** on two occasions by pick n pay hypermarket and pick and pay supermarket Walmer port Elizabeth, at hypermarket in William Moffat I was charged 75 rand for toilet paper I never purchased,and a week later at pick n pay supermarket Walmer I was not charged advertised price for marshmallows and beacon slab,instead of being charged advertised price of 24,I was charged 27 alone for the marshmallows and when I brought this to customer care ,I had to wait half an hour to be reimbursed financially,and had to take the staff member to aforementioned items and had to explain the special that was 24 rand for marshmallows and beacon slab combined!!!!!! Is this the way staff treat customers by robbing them of their hard earned cash and then to add injury to insult staff are not at customer care and when they arrive they insolent ,I am a blood cancer and lupus sufferer and every action is a pain to me,and money does not grow on trees to be ****** from me,shame on pick n pay hyper and supermarket at Walmer shopping centre 14th avenue,pick n pay hyper how would they like if I removed item to value of 75 rand from store without paying for it ? Yet I was ****** by them of 75 rand hard earned cash !!!!!! Pick n Pay please explain this to me and refund me my 75 and uber charges !!!!! And your staff need training regarding customer complaints
