Pick n Pay ROBBING people

Good day

Let me run you through this experience i had with pick and pay...

You advertise that coffee club members pay R148.99 for 1kg P&P coffee opposed to R183.99. Saving of R34.00

To qualify, I had to send my shart shopper card to 30924, which i did.

Nothing else is said....

I sent the sms, and the the till the coffee rang up at R183.99. See Pic2 attached.

The lady at the till then went on about vouchers. Look at Pic1, does it say anything about vouchers?

She phoned the smart shopper line, and the lady on the phone loaded the OPT in and said all is OK. See attached pic3 of the email you sent me confirming I am OPTED IN.

Went back to the till and still, same R183.99 price.

Phoned the smart shopper line again and was told to send an email to shart shopper, who will credit me the R34.

I bought 2x bags off coffee expeting this R34 + R34 discount....

I am also aware if Pick and Pays DOUBLE THE DIFFIRENCE policy that states i get double the diffirence R34+R34 off the R148.99.... Thats R64 + R64...

Please attend to this in a timely fashion, as my next action is to post this email on hellopeter and your responce will dictate my hellopeter review

JUST GOT A "EMAIL DELIVERY" BULL **** EMAIL FROM PICK N PAY SAYING THE EMAIL (ADRESS COPIED FROM THEIR WEBPAGE) DOESN'T WORK
