Pick n Pay richards bay delivery service is the worst service you will ever get. You book a special time slot and pay EXTRA for this early delivery and they still fail to meet the requirements. When you call the center to find out where the driver is you get told they are in your area and should be coming to you shortly but why am I paying more money for a time slot to get told they in your area. I will not be ordering online from you guys again as this is not the first time this has happened.

Get your delivery guys jack themselves up or change them as they don't stick to time slots. You sit and wait making sure you don't go anywhere because you expecting them and it turns out to be a total nightmare. You might aswell go to the shop.
