<p>We visited the Pick 'n Pay at the Glengarry Shopping Centre in Cape Town recently and were beyond impressed at the work ethic and standards displayed by one of it's managers, Mr Riaan Palmer. Your attendance to your staff, the involvement in their day to day activities and the smiles on the faces of the customers that you help should be proof enough that some heroes do not wear capes.
