Pick n pay Rezis square navalsig Bloemfontein

So I bought water refill for 10Liters, at pick n pay Rezis square and I consumed the water later in the evening I started experiencing stomach pains and started having diarrhea, I took for granted that maybe it's bananas that I ate,but this kept on going after consumed the water, the matter got worse cause now I started vomiting directly after drinking water due to dehydration caused by diarrhea that I was experiencing, I then decided to consult with the manager at pick n pay Rezis store, to my surprise I met a very arrogant person and while I was trying to explain, he grabbed the 10Littres container, because there was still water in it, and 7. to 10 minutes later he came back and showed me a device and some reading on his phone and told me there's nothing wrong with the water, I then told him that I don't know what that means, I meant those readings and I asked him that I am in pain haven't slept for almost 3days due to the diarrhea and I need medication, he told me and I quote "I won't do that sir, I won't buy you medication " and I asked him to drink the water and he arrogantly took the water and left I. Dont know where he went, that's when I realized I won't get help here,so I went to our Regional hospital Pelonomi and was examined by the doctor and found that there's a diarrhea or iam suffering from diarrhea and I spent the whole night being treated till the morning of 20 September 2024,and I got my treatment lost abit of weight, but I hope the treatment will help me. I need help from the authorities regarding this matter, I almost died having to endure something like that, is not nice and meeting someone with no remorse.
