Pick n pay refusing to refund my money

I have the same problem with Pick n pay like makro.I will not be waiting for more than 6 weeks this time around.Our street doesn't appear on Google maps all people delivering here call.I have bought at pick n pay online so many times.This time around the rude driver who insulted me decided to leave with my stuff without calling.Then then they **** saying they have reversed back the money they are no longer answering emails I am guessing its the makro story .6 days has passednow i know its going to be 6 weeks too i am not taking that chance this time around.They are even worse after the nonsense service they want to be rated.I would be writing an email including them too at NCC at least finally I would get my money.Even yesterday I had to buy from them because checkers app is giving me problems.I would be looking for other options.I have no clue why these online companies are like this.I had the same problem with take alot.I bought a machine for a baby and they gave me a dog one.Took it back they brought the same machine back.Imagine a 4 year old nephew of mine asking "aunty why would you buy a dog machine while you don't even own one" & the whole family laughing.Then they didn't put some stuff on the order & try stories.Luckily with them I was told you are wasting your time they would never change the machine they would keep on giving you that dog one even their drivers told me.They were fair though and compensated me as the customer but the damage was done I am still stuck with a dog machine unfortunately and never bought there again.
