Pick n Pay refusing to refund after the new asap! App glitched!
PnP is refusing to refund me after their new asap! app glitched over a month ago now. They keep telling me that they cant seem to find the transaction on their side, cant log into my profile and they have sent me false proof of refund which is not even the correct amount or date! The app glitched, took the money from my account and I thereafter requested the refund via the app on the 25th of June 2025. I have been emailing, calling and even used their WhatsApp. They wont provide me with any managers details. And keep telling me they will call me back. I have even sent them my bank statement! Dont use their new Asap! App.

25 Jul 2025, 15:38All Unathi does is ask me for updated bank statements; I send it today and no response at all - the next day she asks me for the same ****ing statement because the one from the previous day is " old " .. wake the **** up and look at my things when I send it to you the same day!

SHE STILL HASN'T EVEN LOOKED AT THE STATEMENTS SHE REQUESTED !! I Have Asked The Managers To Call Me - Not Even The Managers Are Helpful At This Point ! They Dont Even Call Me Back !
