Pick n Pay refuses to refund me R250
On Monday 11 March I ordered via the PnP ASAP app and they delivered everything else but the chicken for R250. The order number was ***2. I then logged a complaint and was given ***. I was given the run around until Friday where I was only refunded R43. Where is the rest of my refund PICK AND PAY?

19 Mar 2025, 14:47My complaint was logged on the 15th about an incident that happened on the 11th and I still haven't had even a response to my complaint from Pick n Pay. What appealing customer service. I will continue to complain until I get justice even if it comes in 2065 i will keep complaining until it comes.
