Pick 'n Pay refused me to take my paid glossaries
on the 9th of March I went to pick and pay in Verulam to buy glossaries for R303.75 and just after I made payment with my debit card, the electricity went out. I received the sms that I have made a purchase in Pick 'n Pay. I was told by the floor supervisor and the manager called Lovash (phone number ********** 670) to pay again for my glossaries. I showed them the sms that I have paid my things but they told me not take my glossaries. I went there the following day but I could not get any assistance and i went there 3 times but nothing was done. I was told that their offices are in Cape Town and they will phone me since they took my contact together with my debit card number. Till today Pick 'n Pay has never contacted me and to them business is as usual. Kindly assist or advise regarding this problem.
