Pick n Pay refuse to respond or help

I sent a review here last week because they refused to respond to my email request for help. They responded to say they "HAVE" sent me an email to complete. Nothing came - nothing in 'junk mail' either. I would hate to think what Mr Raymond Ackerman would think!
