Pick n pay refuse to offer me my free gift that comes with air fryer as it was advertised

I ordered 8L air fryer that was advertised for R1599 between 6-11 december via ASAP. On the advert the airfyer comes with free 4 wine glasses. I ordered on the 8 december and was charged R1699 and when my order was delivered I didnt get my wine glasses. So i sent a complaint to their customer service and today I got the confirmation that R100 will be refunded into my account. But they refuse to offer me the 4 free wine glasses to say that the promotion has ended even though i bought during their promotion.
